Touring Edition: Ember’s Road Warrior

If Overland Series is Ember’s version of hiking boots – purposeful and versatile, the new Touring Edition is its version of road-worthy running shoes! From the ground up, this new product line is made to travel the road no matter how far or near your adventures take you. Built with an industry-leading, value-added feature set, Touring Edition luxury travel trailers have been meticulously crafted to suit a wide variety of needs and wants for all types of RV owners.

Carrying over the same focus on using quality building materials and camping-correct features that Ember has become known for, the Touring Edition features 5-sided aluminum frame construction, composite walls featuring Azdel Onboard® on the inside and the outside, and our proprietary Evermore™ composite floor, which sits atop a drop-frame I-beam chassis providing over 40-cubic feet of pass-through storage! A true road-worthy travel trailer must come equipped with better suspension and tires, which is why we’ve chosen to use dual Dexter® torsion axles and 16-inch Goodyear® Nitro-filled Endurance load range ‘E’ radial ST tires (made in the USA) with standard TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and a matching spare just in case any issues arise along your journey.

To double down on the road-ready safety enhancements, Ember exclusively offers the CUB Lane Change Assist System as an option on all Touring Edition models. Whether you’re a towing newbie or a seasoned pro, it can be intimidating navigating the roads. With this in mind, our Lane Change Assist System is there to help you safely maneuver your rig. The optional radar system scans out 200-feet behind your unit and then indicates when another vehicle or obstacle is within the warning zone with two light strips on the nose of the coach that glow orange on the coordinating side. Once it is clear to change lanes, the light will switch off. For another layer of protection, the light will flash orange if you turn on your turn signal in an attempt to switch lanes when a vehicle or obstacle is in the warning zone.

Of course, we’d be remiss if we left out our popular Stargazer skylight out of the design of the Touring Edition! Each Touring Edition floorplan features our Stargazer skylight above the main bed as well as the customer-favorite European windows throughout each coach with an integrated shade and screen!

Featuring eight floorplan choices ranging from 26-feet up to 34-feet, some with bunks and some without, there is a floorplan to fit the needs of families, couples or solo travelers. And, of course, Ember is leading the way again in floorplan design by introducing the Flex-Suite™ floorplans (24MBH, 26MRB, and 28MBH). Featuring a well-disguised Murphy bed in the primary bedroom, Ember’s Flex-Suite™ gives you the ability to convert the private front bedroom space into an office, den, a separate lounging area, or just more space to move around in the bedroom. Complete with two removable tables and a jack-knife sofa, you can truly utilize this space in whatever way you see fit. Regardless of if you choose a Murphy bed model or a fixed walk-around bed model, each features a true residential Queen-sized mattress (60” x 80”).

The living spaces in the Touring Edition floorplans are equally as adaptable to your needs as the features in the front bedrooms. The 24BH and 24MBH give you the largest dining area we’ve offered so far in any of our products. The large U-dinette dining area is fit for the whole family and features an adjustable swivel table for ease of getting into and out of the dining booths.

Our two largest floorplans, the 26RB (26MRB) and the 28BH (28MBH), have additional lounging space with theater seating in the 26RB and a tri-fold, hide-a-bed sofa in the 28BH. Love the 26RB but need to sleep more people? You can swap the theater seating for the hide-a-bed sofa that is offered in the 28BH! Same goes for the 28BH. Don’t need extra sleeping space? You have the option to add in the theater seats in place of the sofa.

The living area also comes fully stacked with a 12V LED HDTV/AV system, dimmable LED lighting, an electric fireplace (N/A 20FB), an ample overhead cabinet space above the dining area so you can neatly tuck items away when not in use. Some floorplans even feature a walk-in pantry for added food storage.

Furthermore, on the inside of the Touring Edition floorplans you’ll find livable features in the kitchen such as a 21” oven with a pots and pans drawer and a three-burner cooktop, built-in microwave, 10 cu. Ft. 12V refrigerator, stainless steel sink and plenty of counter space where you’ll be able to chop, cook, and wash up with ease in the kitchen.

Comfort and convenience don’t stop in the kitchen and living areas! The bathrooms in the Touring Edition lineup are designed to be ultra-functional and provide you with a large shower measuring at 30” x 36.” The rear bathroom in the 26RB and 26MRB is our most impressive, giving enough space for two people to use the space at the same time if needed.
