Larger Units, More Space to Play

Our Ember is burning brighter than ever thanks to the addition of our two latest models, the 201FBQ and 221MDB. From the start of our trailblazing journey, our customers have been asking about two main things; will we ever add tandem models, and will we make a floorplan with a walk-around bed? 

Due to popular demand, we decided the time was right to add in two new floorplans with exciting new features we think you’ll be excited to see! The 201FBQ and the 221MDB are both stretched, widened, and enhanced versions of the 171FB and the 191MDB, respectively.

Although the floorplans have some differences, they share one major thing in common. They both feature an industry first; dual CURT independent suspension systems on both sides of the coach! These units will be able to handle increased bumping and jolting like our other Ember Overland Series models, while providing you with more space inside!

201FBQ Features

The 201FBQ is a larger version of our already popular 171FB. The couple’s/non-bunkhouse coach measures 24-feet long and 96-inches wide giving us more space to add in an Ember first – a residential 60 x 80-inch walk-around queen bed! The walk-around bed feature was one of the most sought-after features by our community, and we are so excited to bring it to you!

Along with the walk-around bed, we added more storage throughout the coach. You’ll have all the space you need with the added storage in the bedroom, additional kitchen pantry space, the hidden wardrobe, and dual storage cubbies that we have added behind the sofa. We’ve increased the size of the pass-through storage area as well so you can pack in more of what you don’t want to leave behind.

If you’re expecting to travel with more people in tow, you’ll need to bring more supplies and have a larger campsite set up for everyone to relax in. In the 201FBQ, we gave you a larger 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator and a 16-foot awning that gives you four extra feet of shaded, lounging space.

221MDB Features

Our largest unit to date, the 221MDB is our answer to requests for the 191MDB with more space for the family. The bunk-house model measures 26-feet long and 96-inches wide, and like the 201FBQ, it features our first residential-size, walk-around queen bed – which still doubles as a Murphy Bed if you want to put the bed away for extra sofa seating during the day. The double-over-double bunks in the rear of the couch are rated for 600lbs. each and are comfortable and spacious enough to sleep two to a bunk.  

We’ve incorporated ample storage in the coach, including the addition of the dual cubbies behind the sofa. The kitchen space is built to handle more thanks to the larger pantry space coupled with the 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator and increased countertop space.

You’ll be able to make lasting memories and whip up gourmet meals easier! If you choose to cook meals with the standard outside kitchen instead, you’ll be covered from the elements with our biggest awning yet, which measures 18-feet.

The 201FBQ and the 221MDB are larger in size and in value-added features.
